- Support the IT Service Management (ITSM) Incident Management process through effective internal and external communication.
- Regularly interact with customers and internal partners to address their needs and concerns.
- Manage change requests, including reviewing, approving, and rejecting different types of changes.
- *Qualifications Required:**
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven ability to collaborate with others in supporting products, processes, and resolving problems.
- Experience in orchestrating executive-level status calls and providing updates during major incidents.
- Familiarity with Incident Management and ITIL Process Knowledge for 5 to 8 years.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with 5 years of experience.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the payments model, ability to learn new products and technologies, driving process improvement, and excellent interpersonal and written & verbal communication skills.
- Superior customer service skills and experience in interacting with customers, technical teams, and leadership.
