Job Description
You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the leadership team by managing calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting team events and activities. Additionally, you will engage in morale activities, manage expenses, and handle various administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide team support at all levels possible
- Manage calendar support for leadership team members
- Arrange international and domestic travel for leadership team members
- Reconcile and process expenses for leadership team members
- Engage and support in morale activities for teams and functional centers
- Support team events, All Hands meetings, Town Halls, etc
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, arrange catering, and handle other miscellaneous requirements
- Manage executive management needs, including food and other arrangements as required
- Update and manage gifts on internal SharePoint
- Handle T&E accruals and PO accruals
- Update data as required and raise purchase orders for various needs
- Order hardware, laptops, and peripherals for the team
- Manage space and update data and infrastructure as needed
- Handle HeadTrax changes for locations and reporting changes as appropriate
- Manage new hire onboarding and exit formalities of employees
Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint and managing internal databases
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
