Job Description

Adecco is currently seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer (HPE NonStop Security) for a full-time, permanent remote position based in Mississauga, ON. As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical authority during the sales cycle, delivering tailored product demonstrations, designing proof‑of‑concept engagements, and partnering with CISOs and IT Security leads to identify security gaps and quantify risk exposure. Your expertise will directly support global sales efforts and enablement across major financial hubs.

Salary: $100,000 CAD per annum + Performance‑Based Incentives

Location: Remote (Ontario‑Based)

Schedule: Monday — Friday

Responsibilities

  • Lead tailored product demonstrations for prospective global clients, translating complex security capabilities into tangible business value
  • Design and execute Proof‑of‑Concept (PoC) engagements to solve specific compliance and audit challenges within HPE NonStop environments
  • Partner with CISOs and IT Security leads at major financial institutions to identify security gaps and quantify risk exposure
  • Own the technical narrative for RFP/RFI responses, building a library of architectural diagrams and compliance mapping documents
  • Provide technical training and enablement for the HPE NonStop partner ecosystem to support co‑selling initiatives across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas

Requirements

  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B pre‑sales or technical consulting within the financial services or payment processing sector
  • Hands‑on experience with HPE NonStop environments (Guardian, TACL, BASE24, or NonStop SQL) is highly valued
  • Familiarity with global frameworks such as PCI‑DSS and DORA
  • Exceptional ability to present complex technical concepts to both C‑suite executives and operations teams
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first, global environment with occasional travel for key partner engagements
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in Canada
