Product Manager – SaaS

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite 5 days per week)

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000

Job Type: Full-Time

A rapidly growing SaaS company transforming the manufacturing industry is seeking a Product Manager to help lead customer implementations and operational execution.

This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and customer success and is responsible for ensuring enterprise customers successfully deploy and realize value from the platform.

You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to translate complex operational challenges into scalable product solutions.

Define system requirements based on business needs identified by the customer success team
Design integrations between the platform and customer IT environments
Translate complex operational workflows into product configurations
Manage implementation timelines, WBS structures, and deliverables
Coordinate stakeholders across customer organizations and internal teams
Identify and solve operational issues during deployments
Document best practices and operational insights to improve future implementations
3+ years in SaaS implementation, product operations, consulting, or similar role
Strong analytical skills working with large data sets
Experience with SQL, Python, Excel, or Google Sheets
Ability to communicate complex technical and operational challenges to executive stakeholders
Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
Startup mindset and comfort working in fast-paced environments
