End User Support Specialist

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - End User Support

Onsite, 6 month Contract to Hire

Location (city, state): 5 days onsite in Fort St John, British Columbia, Canada

Compensation: $88-95K, $44-47hr. CAD

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Customer facing – excellent soft skills
• Desktop Support skills (Microsoft/O365, PC’s, Wise Terminals, very general)
• Basic Networking and Infrastructure Support (Route/Switch)
• Experience partnering with 3rd party software vendors.

Preferred

• SCCM
• VMWARE
• Azure AD or Intune
