As a Public Relations Manager at our company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive PR strategies to enhance the company's brand image and reputation. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing all media relations activities, including press releases, media inquiries, and interview coordination
- Creating engaging content for press releases, articles, and company announcements
- Leading crisis communication efforts and managing reputation risks effectively
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and communication initiatives
- Monitoring media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
- Overseeing the development and execution of corporate communication materials, including annual reports, newsletters, and presentations
- Providing strategic counsel to senior leadership on communication matters
- Managing PR budgets and evaluating the effectiveness of communication campaigns
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, strong leadership and decision-making skills, and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, proficiency in media relations and crisis communication, strong writing and editing skills, knowledge of digital marketing and social media management, and experience with PR software and tools are required.
It is essential to have proven experience in Public Relations, Media Management, and Corporate Communication, along with a Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in these areas, a demonstrated track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations in the Real Estate industry, experience in crisis communication and reputation management, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related fields are non-negotiable skills for this role.
