FMCG Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Representative to promote and sell FMCG products inside retail marts and supermarkets. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching customers, converting walk-in leads into sales, and ensuring excellent product visibility and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities : - Engage with customers visiting the mart and understand their product requirements. Promote FMCG products and convert customer interactions into sales. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Ensure product availability, shelf visibility, and proper merchandising. Demonstrate product features, benefits, and promotional offers. Build positive relationships with store staff and customers. Track customer feedback and share market insights with the reporting manager. Maintain daily sales reports and inventory updates. Requirements : - 0–2 years of experience in FMCG, retail, or in-store sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply). Excellent communication and convincing skills. Ability to convert walk-in customers into buyers. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Willingness to work in retail marts, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets. Preferred SkillsExperience in FMCG or retail sales. Good interpersonal and customer service skills. Basic knowledge of sales reporting and merchandising.
