Job Description

We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Social Media Strategist with proven experience handling multiple client accounts in an agency environment. This role is strictly for candidates who have hands-on experience managing social media for external clients (not just in-house brand pages).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands across industries
• Independently manage end-to-end social media handling for clients (strategy, content, execution, reporting)
• Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals
• Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and lead generation
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
• Handle direct client communication, feedback, and strategy discussions

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory)
• Must have hands-on experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
• Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Important Note:

This role requires candidates who have directly handled social media for client accounts in an agency. Profiles with only internship, freelance (limited), or in-house brand experience will not be considered.
