Job Title: Social Media Strategist (Agency Experience Mandatory)
Job Description
We are a growing digital marketing agency looking for a Social Media Strategist with proven experience handling multiple client accounts in an agency environment. This role is strictly for candidates who have hands-on experience managing social media for external clients (not just in-house brand pages).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies for multiple client brands across industries
- Independently manage end-to-end social media handling for clients (strategy, content, execution, reporting)
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals
- Monitor performance, analyze insights, and optimize campaigns for engagement, reach, and lead generation
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams
- Handle direct client communication, feedback, and strategy discussions
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a digital marketing agency (Mandatory)
- Must have hands-on experience managing social media accounts for multiple clients
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and platform best practices
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Google Analytics
- Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Important Note:
This role requires candidates who have directly handled social media for client accounts in an agency. Profiles with only internship, freelance (limited), or in-house brand experience will not be considered.
