What we’re buildingAchievaFlow is an AI-powered platform helping people manage focus, overwhelm, and execution — with a strong focus on neurodivergent users.
We’re building a system that is useful, ethical, and non-addictive — early stage, high ownership, no bureaucracy.
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help shape the core of the platform.
This is not a task-execution role. You’ll be making foundational decisions on how the system is designed and evolves.
You’ll work directly with the founder and CTO.
- Backend architecture and API design (Python + FastAPI)
- Data modeling and system structure (PostgreSQL)
- Early AI-driven workflows (LLM integrations, simple pipelines)
- Technical direction for scalability and maintainability
- Strong backend experience (Python or similar)
- Proven ability to design systems, not just implement features
- Comfort making decisions with incomplete information
- High ownership mindset — you build, decide, and iterate
- Experience with AI/LLM-based features
- Early-stage or startup experience
- Interest in productivity, behavior, or mental wellness
- ~5–10 hours/week
- Async, flexible
