ACE Skin and Hair Clinic is a clinical & aesthetic dermatology practice based in Thane, focused on delivering high-quality clinical, aesthetic, and patient-centric care in a premium setting.
We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented individual to join our team in a hybrid operations + patient relations role.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations while also managing patient coordination, counseling, and front-desk communication. The role requires strong organizational skills along with confidence in patient interaction, treatment explanation, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and front-desk coordination
- Manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient communication
- Counsel patients regarding dermatology and aesthetic procedures
- Explain treatment plans, pricing, packages, and payment structures
- Support treatment conversion through ethical cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain billing records, financial entries, and operational documentation
- Coordinate and supervise nursing staff, therapists, and housekeeping staff
- Oversee inventory management and medicine dispensing
- Ensure smooth opening and closing operations of the clinic
- Maintain a premium patient experience and professional clinic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetic, dental, wellness, or luxury healthcare setups preferred
- Strong communication and sales/counseling skills
- Experience in patient coordination or clinic management preferred
- Nursing qualification (GNM/BSc Nursing/ANM) is an added advantage
- Experience as a skin clinic technician, laser therapist, or aesthetic therapist is a bonus
- Familiarity with aesthetic procedures, lasers, injectables, or skincare treatments preferred
