Job Summary

DC Metro Appraisals is seeking a Certified Residential Appraiser to handle a high volume of traditional lender-based assignments. We have a steady stream of mortgage, refinance, and REO work ready for immediate fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site property walkthroughs for standard mortgage/lender assignments.
• Complete high-quality, USPAP-compliant appraisal reports on time.
• Communicate effectively with our office to ensure smooth file turn times.

Experience

Certified residential appraising in VA, DC or MD

Also looking for a TRAINEE who is licnesed residential or licensed trainee who wants to learn to efficiently appraise and make a good income once certified. Must have a license of either type.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
