We’re Hiring | Kitchen Team (Phase 1) | Sketch – An Artful Escape | Panchkula
We are building Sketch – An Artful Escape, a high-end, 90-seater fine-dining restaurant in Sector 5, Panchkula.
Our concept is rooted in Modern Indian cuisine with artistic plating, featuring a strong North Indian foundation, complemented by a curated Global menu (Continental + Pan Asian). Tasting menus will be explored as part of the experience.
We are currently hiring for our Phase 1 kitchen team:
- Executive Chef
- Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Commis
Kitchen Overview:
A fully equipped, brand-new kitchen designed for multi-cuisine execution, featuring premium infrastructure including combi ovens, planetary mixers, cold room, and advanced prep systems.
Role Expectations:
Executive Chef
- Lead menu creation aligned with brand vision
- Set SOPs, build vendor networks, and establish kitchen systems
- Drive quality, consistency, and team leadership
Chef de Partie (CDP)
- Own and manage individual sections
- Ensure consistency, prep control, and execution standards
Commis
- Assist in production and daily kitchen operations
- Support senior chefs in maintaining quality and hygiene
Experience Required:
- Executive Chef: 5–7 years
- CDP: 4–5 years
- Commis: 1–3 years
