You will be working in the Healthcare Operations vertical at Accenture, helping clients drive growth by leveraging healthcare delivery experience, analytics, automation, and talent. Your main responsibility will be ensuring quality assurance of project delivery through audits, managing CAPA programs, and supporting client audits and regulatory inspections. Specifically, you will focus on Healthcare Reform, involving major health policy creation or changes affecting healthcare delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance audits for projects and engagements
- Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) program
- Support and host client audits and regulatory inspections
- Focus on Healthcare Reform and its implications on healthcare delivery
- Analyze and solve complex problems
- Interact with peers, clients, and Accenture management
- Work independently and make decisions impacting your work and potentially others
- Oversee small work efforts or teams
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts
Qualifications Required:
- Knowledge or experience in Healthcare Reform
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Process-oriented with attention to detail
