Health Admin Services Associate-Voice

As a Health Admin Services Associate at Accenture, you will be a part of the Healthcare Claims team responsible for the administration of health claims. Your role involves core claim processing tasks such as registering claims, editing & verification, claims evaluation, and examination & litigation. You will be contributing to business solutions that support the healthcare claim function, utilizing your knowledge of processes and systems to receive, edit, price, adjudicate, and process payments for claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solve routine problems with reference to general guidelines
• Interact within your own team and with your direct supervisor
• Receive detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments
• Make decisions that impact your own work
• Contribute as an individual team member with a predetermined, focused scope of work
