Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Admissions Counselor who believes in ethical, consultative selling and enjoys guiding healthcare professionals toward future-ready careers.

This is NOT a pushy sales role.❗

It is about career counselling + trust-based enrolments.

Programs You’ll Counsel For

Global Licensing Programs

1) Australian Medical Council (AMC)/USMLE/UKMLA

2) Global pathways for Pharmacy (OPRA/PSI/Gulf Countries), Dentistry & Physiotherapy

Healthcare Upskilling Programs

  • Medical Affairs / Medical Science Liaison (MSL)
  • Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety Physician
  • Medical Reviewer
  • Clinical Research & Clinical Data Management
  • Medical Writing

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 100 calls daily with ~2 hours talk time
  • Handle inbound & outbound enquiries (Calls, WhatsApp, Email)
  • Provide personalised career counselling to healthcare professionals
  • Achieve monthly enrolment targets through value-driven sales
  • Maintain CRM records and follow structured counselling frameworks
  • Coordinate with marketing, academic & product teams
  • Ensure excellent learner experience through timely follow-ups
  • Upsell / cross-sell relevant programs based on learner profile

Who We’re Looking For

  • 0-5 years experience in EdTech admissions / inside sales, freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Experience selling upskilling / professional courses
  • Strong communication & counselling skills
  • Comfortable managing leads end-to-end
  • CRM and structured follow-up experience
  • Target-driven but student-first mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
