Position Summary:
The individual in this position is responsible for performing day-to-day activities necessary to support ACA in meeting its accounting and financial reporting obligations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Primary areas of responsibility include calculating accruals for Cost Centers across departments which includes Legal, HR, Marketing, India and others.
- Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations, identifying open items and resolving items with a special focus on reconciliations related to Account receivable.
- Perform Intercompany reconciliation, identifying the mismatches and taking ownership of resolving them by collaborating with other functions.
- Perform monthly settlements from Broker Dealer entities to Corporate.
- Perform prepaid reconciliation including executing recurring journals and templates.
- Record accruals related to expense reporting and credit card reclasses.
- Distribute monthly dashboard for the monthly close process and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Performing monthly journals regarding T&E expenses which are billable to customers.
- Sending monthly FX rates.
- Recording reclasses and accrual journals in Workday ERP.
- Support management in completing the annual US GAAP audit and other local audits.
- Responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining SOP’s.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required – major or concentration in business administration, accounting or finance preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of accounting related experience with an emphasis towards month-end close process and accruals
- Strong financial analysis and excel skills
- General understanding of financial/accounting systems, experience with Workday a plus
- Knowledge of accounting/financial management principles.
- Ability to exercise discretion and make independent judgments on matters of significance
- Demonstrated professional integrity

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, small-team environment
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively
