Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at our resort’s dining establishments. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff efficiently, and drive profitability while maintaining high service and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Restaurant Operations Management:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including dining services, kitchen coordination, and guest experiences.
  • Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and service standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams.

Customer Service & Guest Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a welcoming and personalized experience for all guests.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Gather feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Staff Management & Training:

  • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including waiters, bartenders, and kitchen personnel.
  • Conduct regular training on hospitality standards, customer service, and hygiene protocols.
  • Schedule shifts, monitor staff performance, and maintain a positive work workplace.

Financial & Inventory Management:

  • Manage restaurant budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
  • Monitor daily revenue, food costs, and waste management.
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supplier negotiations.

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance:

  • Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Maintain resort and brand standards in cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Conduct regular health and safety inspections.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a restaurant or resort management role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
