Operation Manager : Resort (India)

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day functioning of the resort, ensuring smooth operations across all departments including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest services. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall resort operations and ensure all departments run efficiently
• Supervise and coordinate activities of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Maintenance teams
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and handle escalations professionally
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and service standards
• Monitor occupancy, revenue, and cost control measures
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to optimize bookings and revenue
• Conduct regular staff training, performance reviews, and team development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Prepare reports on operations, revenue, and guest feedback

Educational Qualification:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
