- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.
- Formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
- Proactively ensure harmonious industrial relations to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle Social & Buyers Compliance effectively to maintain adherence to relevant standards and audits.
- Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Ensure full statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead Grievance handling processes to ensure fair and timely resolution of employee concerns.
- Manage relationships with trade unions, facilitating constructive dialogue and negotiations.
- Provide support and guidance to station managers on HR and IR related matters.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by Management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
