As a highly experienced and strategic Sr Manager - HR specializing in Industrial Relations, your role will involve overseeing the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration. You will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing HR & Admin policies, ensuring harmonious industrial relations, and managing social and buyer compliance. Your expertise in statutory compliance, grievance handling, and trade union management will be essential in providing support and guidance to station managers.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Overall responsibility for the entire gamut of Industrial Relations and Administration.
  • Formulate and implement HR & Admin policies in alignment with company standards and legal requirements.
  • Proactively ensure harmonious industrial relations to foster a positive work environment.
  • Handle Social & Buyers Compliance effectively to maintain adherence to relevant standards and audits.
  • Manage all aspects of Industrial Relations including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and maintaining a healthy work environment.
  • Ensure full statutory compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Lead Grievance handling processes to ensure fair and timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Manage relationships with trade unions, facilitating constructive dialogue and negotiations.
  • Provide support and guidance to station managers on HR and IR related matters.
  • Complete any other tasks assigned by Management, showcasing flexibility and adaptability.
  • *Qualifications Required:**

  • Administration experience
  • Auditing knowledge
