As a Principal Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, your role involves leading complex financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis initiatives. You will provide strategic financial insights, support executive decision-making, and partner closely with business leaders to drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning processes.

  • Identifying financial risks, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and controls.
  • Driving continuous improvement in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
  • Mentoring junior FP&A analysts and contributing to capability building within the finance team.
