At Crosaaintwala & Co, your role will focus on culinary innovation, menu development, and elevating the brand’s signature Indo-continental café experience. Responsibilities include creating unique croissant-based fusion products, developing new recipes and seasonal specials, conducting food trials and tastings, and refining presentations to match the brand identity.

You will work on combining classic continental techniques with bold Indian flavors to create innovative, marketable dishes that stand out in the café segment. The existing menu is standardized with a strong continental foundation, and your contribution will involve enhancing its appeal through creative product development, unique food preparation styles, improved plating, and trend-driven concepts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing innovative croissant fusion products and café specials
• Conducting recipe trials, portion standardization, and cost optimization
• Introducing modern and unique food preparation techniques
• Enhancing menu presentation, naming, and customer appeal
• Maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and brand standards
• Researching current food trends and adapting them to the Crosaaintwala & Co concept
• Collaborating on seasonal menus, beverage pairings, and promotional food concepts
• Ensuring efficient kitchen execution for newly introduced products

The role requires creativity, experimentation, and a strong understanding of both continental cuisine and Indian flavor profiles to help position Crosaaintwala & Co as a distinctive fusion café brand.
