Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team in Alberta. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships in the insurance industry.

Duties

• Conduct outside sales activities to attract new clients
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and present suitable options
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain coverage details and policy options
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential customers
• Negotiate insurance terms and premiums with clients
• Handle sales administration tasks efficiently
• Market insurance products to increase brand visibility

Experience

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in the insurance sector
• Strong ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
• Proficiency in telemarketing strategies
• Negotiation skills to secure favorable insurance terms
• Familiarity with sales administration processes
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
• Insurance General Level 1 license is required
