As an experienced candidate with 5+ years of experience in a Corporate/Professional Company, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

You will be tasked with various responsibilities including preparing monthly expense statements, reports, memos, invoices, and other documents. Additionally, you will manage the calendar, communication, correspondence, bills, and calls efficiently. Office management will be a crucial part of your role where you will implement and maintain procedures, administrative systems, and SOPs. Liaising with staff, clients, and banks, booking travel and accommodation, processing invoices, handling bank work, and performing general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing a records database will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. Furthermore, you will provide general administrative support and HR work, including managing appointment letters and attendance.

- Manage calendar, communication, correspondence, bills, and calls.
- Implement and maintain procedures, administrative systems, and SOPs.
- Liaise with staff, clients, and banks.
