Lead transformative initiatives as an AI and Process Improvement Analyst. Collaborate across departments to identify automation needs and optimize processes through innovative solutions. Reporting to the VP of Transformation, this analyst role emphasizes translating challenges into actionable solutions. You'll work closely with various teams to conduct discovery sessions, define clear objectives, and facilitate the implementation of automation strategies using AI tools. Your success will be measured by your ability to establish effective tracking for benchmarks and contribute to a culture of excellence and governance within the organization. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify automation potential
- Define problem statements and measurable success criteria
- Work with vendors to validate designs and implementation
- Establish baselines to track automation benefits
- Facilitate user training and support for adoption initiatives Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant analytical or automation experience
- Strong skills in analyzing and improving processes
- Familiarity with AI and automation tools and methodologies
- Excellent writing abilities for requirements and acceptance criteria
