As a Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving growth across Delhi NCR. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and scaling sales operations across the region
Building and managing strong distributor & dealer networks
Leveraging existing market relationships to accelerate growth
Mentoring and managing a high-performing sales team
Driving structured reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking

To excel in this role, you should have:
68 years of proven sales experience
Mandatory exposure to the automobile ancillaries / accessories segment
Strong industry connections and market understanding
Demonstrated experience in team handling and leadership
Sharp analytical and reporting skills
