The team at Queen Street Dental Centre located in Toronto are looking for a passionate, hard-working Dental Receptionist on a part-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

Queen Street Dental Centre is nestled in the vibrant community of Leslieville, in downtown Toronto. We are a busy, multi-disciplinary office providing a full spectrum of dental services.

We are a neighbourhood clinic that treats patients as individuals and we get to know each and every one of them.

We are currently looking to fill a part-time position for a receptionist who will be part of our amazing team at QSDC. You will represent our dental practice at our front desk, focus on recall management and be part of a highly capable and dynamic administrative team supporting our clinic’s operations.

The perfect candidate for this role will be a highly organized and personable individual with a strong customer/patient focus.

The part-time position schedule will include evenings and weekends totaling 26 hours a week.

• Monday 4-8
• Tuesday off
• Wednesday 4-8 Thursday off Friday off Saturday 8-5 Sunday 9-5

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 1 year of experience is required as a Dental Administrator/Administrative Assistant
• Experience with dental practice management software such as Abeldent LS+ is considered an asset
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Customer service mindset
