Hospitality & Catering Associate – Corporate Head Office (On-site, Vancouver,

We are hiring immediately for a Hospitality and Catering Associate on our building operations team in our beautiful corporate office in Vancouver.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our space we call The HUB - fueling our corporate teams with great coffee, supporting events, and creating a welcoming, high-energy space where people love to connect and collaborate.

You’ll work alongside a supportive team in a beautiful, modern workspace, where your attention to detail and initiative directly impact the day-to-day experience of everyone who walks through our doors.

What you’ll do:

• Bring our in-house coffee program to life—set up, serve, and take down daily
• Keep our space spotless—clean and maintain all equipment to the highest standards
• Support events by preparing, baking, and finishing catering items on schedule
• Stay ahead of the details—order and stock all food service materials
• Be a friendly, go-to presence in The HUB
• Deliver a world-class experience for every employee and guest

What we’re looking for:

• Exceptional customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy helping people
• Strong initiative—you see what needs to be done and jump in
• Food Safe certification
• Previous experience in catering, office administration and/or as a server or barista as asset

Annualized Compensation Range

$44,000.00 - $48,000.00

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
