District Sales Manager – Pharma Industry

ZyvaMed Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced District Sales Manager to lead and manage pharmaceutical sales operations in the assigned territory.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing Medical Representatives, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.

This is a leadership role ideal for candidates with strong pharma sales experience and team management skills.

• District Sales Manager – Nanded
• District Sales Manager – Parbhani
• District Sales Manager – Latur

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) in the assigned district

✔ Achieve district sales targets and revenue goals

✔ Develop and implement territory sales strategies

✔ Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors

✔ Monitor and guide MR team in daily field activities and doctor visits

✔ Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas

✔ Conduct regular training and performance reviews for team members

✔ Analyze market trends and competitor activities

✔ Ensure product availability and strong distribution network

✔ Prepare and submit sales reports and performance updates to management

Required Skills

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

✔ Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales and market dynamics

✔ Ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

✔ Strong territory planning and strategic thinking

Preferred Experience

✔ Experience in PCD Pharma Franchise or Ethical Pharma Sales

✔ Strong doctor and distributor network in the assigned district

✔ Experience in team handling and sales target management
