Data Scientist / Data Engineer / Data Architect - Full time role

Below are the 3 open roles:

Role 1: Data Scientist

• 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling and applied data analysis, including regression, classification, clustering, and time-series analysis
• Proficient in Python or R, with hands-on experience in data wrangling, visualization, and model development
• Strong experience with SQL/Spark SQL, basic data modeling, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent ability to communicate complex insights and manage multiple priorities effectively
• RAG, Embedding, Vector DB, hugging face transformer, BERT, BART, LLMs

Role 2: Data Engineer

• Design, build, and optimize batch and real-time data pipelines using Python, SQL, Airflow, Kafka, and AWS Glue
• Lead scalable ETL and data lake architectures across distributed cloud environments
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance while supporting analytics and data science needs
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, well-documented data solutions

Data Architect:

• Lead and mentor data engineering teams while architecting and building enterprise-scale data platforms from design through production
• Develop and optimize production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines, data models, and data warehouses using Python, SQL, PySpark, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
• Implement CI/CD, data governance, quality frameworks, and secure, compliant data solutions aligned with federal/VA standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality data solutions
