Job Description
- Should have hand-on experience for drafting of FMCG/Pharma/Fine/Agro and Speciality chemical process P&ID.
- Coordination with Offshore design team, Client, Vendor, Contractors and ensure all Design deliverables meeting with customer expectation.
- Ensure quality by adherence to company 's quality document and regular soft & hard copy check.
- Onsite experience required for review of Process and Utility diagrams.
- Produce the 3D model including plant layout, piping design / layout inclusive of instruments, valves, piping specials, pipe supports and cable tray.
- Have demonstrable experience of creating intelligent P&IDs within AutoCAD P&ID (or similar)
- Should have experience to create electrical bubble diagram for hazardous area classification.
- Understanding of SP3D, PDMS 3D Model within existing facility and new plant 3D model review and gather information for all Piping Systems as defined on P&IDs.)
