We are hiring Beauticians and Hair Stylists who are well-groomed, well-spoken, and confident in interacting with clients. This is a client-facing role, so strong communication skills are essential.

Candidates with strong communication skills and customer-facing experience will be preferred.

We focus on providing a professional and friendly salon experience to our clients.

Open roles: Beautician and Hair Stylist (candidates can apply for either or both)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform services including waxing, threading, facials, haircuts, and styling
• Consult clients and recommend suitable services and treatments
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of work area
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
• Build and maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (important)
• Presentable and customer-friendly personality
• Basic knowledge of salon services required
• Prior salon experience preferred
• Freshers can apply if they have good skills and willingness to learn (training will be provided to the right candidate)
• Ability to handle clients or willingness to be trained
• Immediate joiners preferred

Working Details:

• 6 days a week
• 10 hours per day
• Weekly off will be provided (day may vary based on salon location and schedule)
• multiple locations (kandivali, borivali and mira road)

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)

Selection Process:

• Initial interview and basic skill discussion
• 2-day paid trial (to evaluate skills and client interaction before final hiring)
• Final selection based on overall performance during trial
