About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Director, Head of Performance Marketing, Agentic / AI-First to build and scale Paid Media at ZoomInfo. This leader will take our strong B2B foundation and elevate it with a consumer‑grade growth mindset inclusive of rapid experimentation, creative rigor, audience‑first activation, and operational excellence.

- Experimentation & Testing Velocity
- Build a central experimentation engine for Paid Media
- Define Clear Processes For
- Hypothesis creation
- Test design
- QA & launch
- Rapid measurement
- Scale‑or‑kill decisions
- Increase testing velocity across creative, landing pages, audiences, offers, and channels
- Reduce friction by introducing templates, modular workflows, and streamlined approvals
- Champion the use of GenAI (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, and other emerging tools) to transform paid media execution—enabling personalization at scale, rapid creative iteration, and AI‑augmented decision‑making
- Pioneer new AI‑driven strategies across targeting, messaging, platform management, and optimization to increase velocity, efficiency, and channel performance
- Paid Media Frameworks
- Create and maintain the operating model for paid media execution

- Naming/taxonomy standards
- Routing & setup guidelines
- Bring consistency and quality across segments, regions, and teams
- Lead enablement for channel managers; equip them with the tools to execute with “consumer‑grade” speed and quality
Qualifications
- 8–12+ years in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Acquisition
- Proven ability to build high‑velocity testing systems and drive rapid experimentation
- Deep channel mastery with a creative sensibility and performance mindset
- Experience building frameworks, processes, and centralized standards
- Experience across both B2B and B2C environments strongly preferred
- Comfort leading in fast‑paced, dynamic environments and influencing cross‑functional partners
Benefits
US base salary: $166,040–$260,920 USD. Additional compensation may include bonus, commission, equity, and other benefits. We offer comprehensive benefits and holistic well‑being programs. Salary and benefit details are provided during the hiring process.
