JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician Executive with 2+ years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical systems in industrial or manufacturing environments and the ability to handle breakdowns, preventive maintenance, and installations efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain electrical panels, wiring, motors, and control systems.
Ensure proper functioning of DG sets, UPS systems, and lighting systems.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, circuits, and schematics.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and repairs.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
Identify and report potential electrical hazards and take preventive actions.
Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Ensure proper grounding and earthing of electrical systems.
Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate PPE.
Support audits and inspections related to electrical systems.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintenance
Basic understanding of industrial electrical panels and motors
Ability to read electrical diagrams and schematics
Knowledge of safety standards and electrical compliance
Good problem-solving and technical skills
Ability to work independently and in shifts
