Billing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team handling Personal Injury RCM processes
• Act as Group Leader / Process Coach / Acting Team Lead
• Coordinate with law firms/attorneys for billing, case follow-ups, and settlements
• Handle MedPay processing and related follow-ups
• Oversee payment posting ensuring accuracy and TAT adherence
• Supervise claim submission and ensure high clean claim rate
• Manage reduction requests / lien negotiations with attorneys and payers
• Perform audits to ensure process compliance and quality standards
• Support team with basic coding validation (CPT/ICD knowledge)
• Monitor AR, collections, and team productivity
• Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback
• Prepare MIS reports and drive process improvements

Required Experience & Skills

• 6+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
• Experience in Personal Injury (PI) is mandatory
• Prior experience (1+ years) as:
• Group Leader / Team Lead / Process Coach / Acting TL/Quality auditor
• Strong hands-on experience in:
• MedPay
• Payment Posting
• Claim Submission
• Reduction Requests / Negotiations
• Basic understanding of medical coding (CPT, ICD)
• Strong communication skills (client & team handling)
• Good auditing and analytical abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
