Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer (Telecom Domain)
Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune ( Hybrid)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer with strong experience in the Telecom domain and hands-on expertise in Vlocity / OmniStudio (Communication Cloud). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level telecom projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with telecom business processes
- Work on Vlocity / OmniStudio components including OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and client discussions
- Manage deployments using CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Git-based pipelines
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ
- Experience working in the Telecom domain (mandatory/preferred based on requirement)
- Hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio / Communication Cloud
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Knowledge of version control and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset)
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

- Salesforce certifications (CPQ / OmniStudio / Platform Developer / Architect)
- Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
