Quality Control Inspector, Refuse Services

Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our services meet the established quality standards. This position reports to the Site Supervisor.

Duties

• Conduct daily quality inspections on all refuse and recycling containers
• Perform measurements and visual checks
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling pickups

-Schedule pickups by coordinating with the assigned drivers

-Write and submit daily reports to customers

-Coordinate any onsite repairs required

-Collaborate with on-site team to address quality issues promptly

• Maintain and update quality documentation and records

Qualifications

• Previous experience in quality management or a similar role
• Familiarity with QA/QC processes and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Programs and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
