<h2><strong>Position Summary</strong></h2> <p>A rapidly growing company is seeking a skilled and versatile junior Mobile Developer to join the team. This role plays a critical part in designing, building, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms.</p> <p>The Mobile Developer will work closely with product, QA, and backend teams to develop features, improve performance, and ensure a seamless user experience. The successful candidate will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing and deployment, while aligning with strategic and commercial priorities.</p> <h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.</li> <li>Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into functional, user-friendly features.</li> <li>Implement and maintain scalable architectures (MVC, MVVM) across mobile platforms.</li> <li>Integrate mobile applications with backend services using REST APIs and OAuth 2.0 authentication.</li> <li>Build responsive and modern UI components using frameworks such as SwiftUI and Jetpack Compose.</li> <li>Debug and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.</li> <li>Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of development processes.</li> <li>Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases and strong test coverage.</li> <li>Contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and ticket estimation.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Years of Experience</strong></h2> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in both iOS and Android environments.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Hard Requirements</strong></h2> <p><strong>Technical Skillset</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience developing in Android environments using MVC and MVVM architecture.</li> <li>Experience developing in iOS environments using modern frameworks.</li> <li>Proficiency in mobile programming languages such as Swift and Kotlin.</li> <li>Experience integrating REST APIs and implementing OAuth 2.0 authentication.</li> <li>Familiarity with modern UI frameworks (Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI).</li> <li>Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.</li> <li>Experience with automated testing and maintaining code quality.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Core Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Mobile Application Development — </strong>Strong experience building and maintaining mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms, with an emphasis on scalability and performance.</li> <li><strong>Architecture &amp; Design Patterns — </strong>Understanding and application of architectural patterns such as MVC and MVVM to ensure maintainable and extensible codebases.</li> <li><strong>API Integration &amp; System Communication — </strong>Ability to integrate and manage communication with backend services using REST APIs and secure authentication mechanisms.</li> <li><strong>UI/UX Implementation — </strong>Experience developing modern, responsive user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.</li> <li><strong>Debugging &amp; Optimization — </strong>Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues in production environments.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration — </strong>Experience working closely with QA, product, and backend teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality features.</li> <li><strong>Testing &amp;
