Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Behavioral Therapist at our Trivandrum location. The Behavioral Therapist will work with children and individuals requiring behavioral interventions, utilizing strategies such as Applied Behavior Analysis. Core responsibilities include assessing behavioral needs, designing and implementing therapy plans, tracking progress, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure effective outcomes. The therapist will also maintain accurate records and regularly review and adjust intervention strategies as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Background in Psychology, with an understanding of principles relevant to behavioral therapy
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and team members
• Experience or willingness to work closely with children requiring behavioral or developmental support
• Effective communication, observational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and provide compassionate care
• Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in behavioral therapy or ABA are an added advantage
