Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an R&D Intern / Junior Research Associate in Carbohydrate Science, based in Hyderabad. The selected candidate will assist in conducting research projects, designing and executing laboratory experiments, analyzing data, and providing detailed reports. Responsibilities will also include collaborating across teams on innovative carbohydrate science initiatives, maintaining research protocols, and supporting the development of novel functional food ingredients. Qualifications Strong foundation in Research and Development (R&D) and the ability to independently plan, execute, and report on experimental studiesProficiency in Laboratory Skills, including experimental design, data collection, and handling of chemical and biological materialsExcellent Analytical Skills, with the capability to draw meaningful insights from experimental resultsEffective Communication and collaboration skills for sharing findings and working within multidisciplinary teamsRelevant academic background, such as a degree in Biochemistry, Food Science, Biotechnology, or related fieldsBasic understanding of carbohydrate science and metabolic health is preferred but not mandatoryProactive learner with a strong passion for scientific research and innovation
