Hiring: Senior Full Stack Architect (Java/Microservices) | Banking Domain
Location: Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years (Senior/Lead Level)
The "Real" Tech Stack (What we need):
- Backend Mastery: Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Microservices Orchestration.
- Frontend Excellence: Advanced Angular/React.
- Distributed Systems: Hands-on experience with Kafka, Event-driven
architecture, and Resilience patterns.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Database & Scale: High-concurrency SQL/NoSQL optimization.
- Security: Banking-grade security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Encryption at
rest/transit).
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from monoliths to Microservices.
- Design scalable APIs and optimize system bottlenecks.
- Implement SecOps and ensure compliance with global banking standards
(PCI-DSS/SOX).
- Mentor the team and drive technical decision-making.
Requirements
- 10+ years in the game.
- Massive experience in Banking / Fintech.
- Strong grasp of Cloud-native principles (AWS/Azure/GCP).
