Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator works as a full-time employee of Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. at the corporate headquarters in Woodbridge, VA. The Recruiting Coordinator is focused on the tasks to ensure Workforce Readiness for Zeiders Enterprises, Inc. in support of the Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will support the recruiting team in the full cycle of recruiting.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Managing interview scheduling process with candidates and Hiring team, and adding interview notes to candidate profiles in UKG Pro system following interviews.
  • Initiating and reviewing candidate reference checks and background investigations.
  • Point of contact for background investigations, communicating and coordinating with Zeiders internal staff, leaders and candidates as needed.
  • Responsible for creating and updating the position opportunities to include refreshing posting dates on internal and external job advertisements.
  • Proactive sourcing of candidates utilizing online searches for candidates through various recruiting websites based on best practices.
  • Supporting Recruiting Coordinator Lead and Talent Acquisition Supervisor with administrative tasks, SOP updating and additional project work.
  • Supporting the candidate experience with communication such as general calls or email management and advising them with high degree of customer service.
  • Providing research support to identify methods and areas for local advertising based on the open position locations, recommending advertising initiatives and placing ads as needed.
  • Additional HR and Administrative duties as assigned.

Required Education And/or Experience Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology or related Field with some related office or recruiting experience OR, Associates’ degree plus 2 years related experience, OR High School Diploma plus 3 years related experience.
  • Proven professional experience in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while completing projects within given deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Prior experience as a Recruiter or supporting a Recruiting team.
  • Experience with UKG Pro.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiarity with basic Recruitment marketing concepts.

Physical Demands: Works in office areas. Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Uses personal computer, telephones, copiers, printers, and other office equipment.
