About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, ensure smooth store functioning, improve customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end retail store operations.
- Ensure achievement of operational KPIs and business objectives.
- Monitor inventory management and stock control.
- Optimize store processes and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, and warehouse teams.
- Manage staff scheduling, productivity, and performance.
- Analyze operational reports and implement improvements.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations.
- Experience working with brands such as Zudio, Max, Lifestyle, Reliance Trends, or similar retail chains.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory control and retail operations.
