DevOps Engineer Jobs

Piper Companies is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support a leading organization in the technology industry with the design and buildout of cloud-native infrastructure. The DevOps Engineer will focus on architect-level ownership of Azure cloud environments, automation frameworks, and enterprise-grade CI/CD solutions while working fully onsite five days per week.

Responsibilities of the DevOps Engineer:

• Design, architect, and implement Azure-based infrastructure solutions from the ground up.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Azure DevOps.
• Deploy, manage, and scale Kubernetes clusters to support production workloads.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using modern IaC and scripting approaches.

Qualifications of the DevOps Engineer:

• 10+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience, including architect-level responsibilities.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong proficiency in CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar).
• Deep experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proven ability to build automation frameworks and infrastructure from scratch.

Compensation for the DevOps Engineer includes:

• Salary range: $180,000 - $210,000 depending on experience
