Brand Partnerships Manager (Sales)

We’re looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who knows how to speak "brand" and "creator" fluently.

If you live for the "win-win" of a perfect collab and know how to turn a pitch deck into a signed contract, you’re in the right place.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Hunting for Brand Deals: Finding brands that want to stop scrolling and start engaging. You’ll be their go-to for all things influencer marketing.
• The Pitch: Crafting fire pitches that show brands why our creators are the perfect fit for their next campaign.
• Closing the Collab: Taking a lead from "DM" to "Signed Contract." You’ll own the sales pipeline and hit those revenue goals.
• Vibe-Checking Strategies: Working with our creators to make sure the brand’s goals (ROI, conversions, brand awareness) actually match the creator’s niche and audience.
• Staying Ahead of the Curve: Knowing what’s going viral before it hits the FYP. You’ll use those insights to sell high-impact campaigns.

• A Natural Connector: You’ve got the "rizz" to talk to anyone, from startup founders to CMOs at global brands.
• Creator Economy Obsessed: You understand the difference between high-production ads and authentic UGC (User Generated Content).
• Goal-Oriented: You love the hustle. You’re motivated by hitting targets and seeing those commission checks hit your bank account.
• Trend-Savvy: You know which niches are blowing up and how to position our talent as the "must-have" for any marketing budget.

The Checklist

• Strong experience in Sales, Partnerships, or an Agency setting.
• Proven track record of closing deals and managing a pipeline.
• Deep knowledge IG Reels, YT Shorts and the ever-evolving creator landscape.
• Ability to explain ROI and Engagement Rates without making it sound boring.
