Role Description The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Yush.in is a full-time, hybrid role based in Nagpur. The CHRO will lead the HR function, design and implement HR policies, and align people strategy with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing talent management, performance management frameworks, and employee relations initiatives that enhance engagement and retention. The role involves partnering with senior leadership to plan workforce needs, manage organizational development, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. The CHRO will also guide HR operations, mentor HR team members, and drive a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including managing end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
• Demonstrated expertise in HR Policies and compliance, with the ability to design, implement, and update policies aligned with legal and organizational requirements.
• Proven ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and building a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Experience in Talent Management, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Solid background in Performance Management, including goal-setting frameworks, feedback processes, and performance review systems.
• Extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles, ideally within high-growth or technology-driven organizations.
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive and board levels.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with experience using HR data and metrics to guide strategy and improvements.
• Track record of driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and fostering a respectful, non-discriminatory environment.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
