Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or management consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with private equity portfolio companies (preferred)
