Job Description
Role Summary As a Stock Assistant or Senior Stock Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient stockroom operations and supporting the sales team by maintaining optimal inventory levels, managing deliveries, and ensuring the back-end of the store reflects the brand’s premium standards. Key Responsibilities Receive, unpack, label, and organize new stock deliveries with accuracy and care. Ensure timely and precise stock replenishment from the stockroom to the shop floor. Maintain a clean, well-organized, and easily navigable stockroom as per brand guidelines. Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in quarterly/annual stock audits. Monitor and report discrepancies in inventory and proactively escalate issues. Support the sales team during high-traffic periods by locating and delivering requested items. Follow loss prevention protocols and ensure proper documentation of stock movement. Maintain stock-related reports and coordinate with the Inventory Controller / Store Manager for replenishments. Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of experience in inventory or stockroom management, preferably in fashion/luxury retail. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Physically fit and able to lift and organize boxes and stock. Basic computer knowledge for inventory systems and reporting. A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to support floor operations when needed. Punctual, dependable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
