Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist – Saudi Arabia Clients On-site

YR Global Services Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist to support Accounting Operations for Saudi Arabia-based clients. The role involves managing vendor payments, customer invoicing, reconciliations, and assisting finance operations in an international service environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments
• Verify invoices with supporting approvals
• Maintain vendor reconciliations and payable aging reports
• Resolve vendor discrepancies and track payment status

Accounts Receivable

• Generate customer invoices and maintain billing records
• Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding receivables
• Maintain customer ledger reconciliations
• Prepare receivable aging reports

General Accounting Support

• Assist with monthly closing activities
• Maintain accurate accounting documentation
• Prepare reconciliation and MIS reports
• Support finance operations for Saudi Arabia clients
• Assist during audit requirements when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance preferred)
• 2–5 years’ experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Experience with Tally / Zoho Books / QuickBooks / ERP systems
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience supporting Saudi Arabia / Middle East clients preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

On-site role at Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Local Hyderabad candidates preferred

Immediate or short notice joiners preferred

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
