Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Multi-national company, in Allentown, PA focused on clinical trials and logistics, is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer with experience in DEA, TSA, and related activities and requirements. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience and will be expected to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, direct interaction between agencies, departments and will report to the company's Head of Quality.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Maintain and manage all activities pertaining to DEA, TSA, and other regulatory agencies.

*Responsible for conducting audits and follow-up

• Coordinate insurance coverage for company
• Implement written policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as it relates to compliance, diverse supplier, safety, and other areas as needed
• Develop effective lines of communication between departments and agencies
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and response plans
• Conduct internal monitoring and auditing
