We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within our warehouse environment, contributing to the efficient operation of our distribution processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Operate and maintain heavy equipment as necessary for warehouse operations.
• Package items securely for shipping to ensure safe delivery.
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory control.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order fulfillment and tracking.
• Perform order picking duties, ensuring accuracy in selection and preparation of products.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse distribution processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with order fulfillment practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving protocols, including documentation requirements.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy items as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
